James W. Henderson, Jr.

Jim has been a civil litigation attorney for over 39 years. His primary focus is in employment litigation, counseling and mediation. He has handled court and jury trials as well as binding arbitrations in a variety of matters including wrongful termination, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate fraud, construction defect, personal injury involving catastrophic injury, inadequate security and motor vehicle consumer warranty.

Jim has addressed public and private groups regarding a variety of legal topics. In addition Jim has served as a panelist and lecturer on a variety of employment and litigation issues and has also served as a defense attorney in a mock trial of an ADA claim presented by the Labor and Employment Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
