Jill’s practice focuses on public sector law, representing peace officers and other public employees in labor and employment issues, including internal and administrative investigations, disciplinary and termination proceedings, grievances, arbitrations, whistleblower and retaliation claims, as well as civil litigation.
Prior to joining Messing Adam & Jasmine, Jill worked as a Law Clerk for the Santa Clara County District’s Attorney’s Office and for the Larimer County District Attorney’s Office in Fort Collins, Colorado as a Legal Intern. In addition, Jill worked for the Centre County, Pennsylvania, Public Defender’s Office as a Legal Intern.
