Last Thursday, November 17, 2022, MAJ Of Counsel Alison Berry Wilkinson spoke before an audience of management representatives at the 2022 CalPELRA Conference in Monterey, which is sponsored by the California Public Employers’ Labor Relations Association. Her panel’s topic focused on Skelly pre-disciplinary hearings, with her insights on the importance of the process from a union perspective being especially well-received.
