Eric has been a successful and well-regarded criminal defense attorney in the Sacramento area for over 35 years. While still maintaining his independent criminal defense practice with the Law Offices of Eric H. Hintz, Eric will expand MAJ’s public safety legal defense practice representing peace officers and firefighters, providing expert criminal defense as and when needed.

Eric will be working out of MAJ’s new Sacramento office. We would love for you to meet him, although we hope you never need to. However, should that need ever arise, we are confident you will be in good hands.
