As Messing Adam & Jasmine LLP presents its final edition of The Labor Beat for 2020, we stop and reflect on the multitude of challenges we have all faced this year. Our attorneys and staff continue to work from home, our offices rarely visited, and most of our "in person" meetings, hearings, arbitrations, depositions replaced with video conferences. Everyone has been touched by this pandemic, and we think on those that have been sick or cared for or lost someone who has been sick, especially now. We have learned to embrace the new normal, even as we plan and prepare for the future of normal.
