On April 6, 2015, Gary Messing, Gregg Adam, and Jason Jasmine joined forces to launch Messing Adam & Jasmine LLP—a firm built on deep experience, shared values, and an unwavering commitment to labor clients. Ten years later, our mission remains the same, but our momentum has never been greater.

We’re proud to share some exciting news that reflects who we are today—and where we are headed.

In September 2024, we welcomed James (Jim) Shore as a partner. Jim is a powerhouse advocate with a long track record of success. His leadership strengthens every aspect of what we do. To reflect that, we are updating our name to Messing Adam Jasmine & Shore LLP.

In January 2025, we elevated two of our own: Lina Balciunas Cockrell and Alexander J. Bukac are now partners. They’ve earned it—through sharp legal minds, steady judgment, and a deep commitment to our clients. We’re proud to have them leading alongside us.

We are also thrilled to announce that Alison Berry Wilkinson has joined the partnership. Alison came aboard as Of Counsel in 2021, but truth be told, she’s been a part of our story for much longer. This is less a new hire and more a homecoming. Welcome home, Alison.

And while Gary Messing is enjoying a well-earned lighter schedule, he is still very much a part of MAJS—offering insight, guidance, and the legacy that helped shape who we are.
